Essential Functions:

• Actively participates in the camp sales process and prospective camp tours.
• Creates year round marketing calendar and executes on marketing initiatives for existing and new members.
• Learns about quarterly sales targets and how to execute on a marketing calendar.
• Works with staff to understand retention through assessment of parent, community and member need.
• Calls camp leads to generate interest and confirm enrollment. Works to keep lead list updated and organized.
• Assist in all areas of operations to better understand leadership in a large organization.
• Develops and recommends new programs, processes, partnerships, strategies and approaches.
• Helps create, implement and manage new systems, procedures, and programs to better meet the needs of our community.
• Support administrative responsibilities working directly with the Camp Programming Director to create a fun, engaging, and safe camp for members.
• Learns and shadows in the hiring and training of counselors.
• Work with the Camp Programming Director to ensure a clean, organized, and safe program space.
• Communicate to appropriate staff facility issues which need to be addressed in a timely manner.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Previous work experience required.
• On track to graduate college or college degree completed
