Job Description

The employee experience intern is responsible for creation, proposal, and launch of three major programs in Calabrio: an internal employee experience brand, recognition program, and enhancing communications across the globe.

  • Responsible to create and execute a holistic internal employee experience brand platform based on the breadth of offerings within the HR function. Research and align all current and future offerings to a common theme and messaging.
  • Elevate the recognition program globally through creation of a new program aligned to the employee experience brand, multi-tiered components, cost estimates and launch materials. leverage their social media expertise and communication skills to tell our stories.
  • Bridge communication gaps between global in-office, hybrid, and remote working culture through recommendations of improvements to existing infrastructure, rhythms, and enhancements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Understand internal offerings
  • Create a branding strategy, graphics, messaging and launch to the organization
  • Update internal intranet and additional mediums where the branding will interact with employees
  • Partner across marketing and hr for content, context, alignment and support

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's degree in either HR or Marketing
