Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Launch Planning and Execution: Assist in internal and external product launches, including market analysis, messaging, positioning and differentiation.
  • Content Creation: Create sales collateral, PowerPoint decks and work with our content teams to create content for webinars, social media campaigns, our customer web and our public website
  • Review and refresh our Customer Success Center (customer web)

We're looking for:

  • Great verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Drive, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Persistence and an outgoing personality.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a B.A. / B.S. in business management, marketing, or related field.
