Job Description:
**This request is for a Technical Writer, not a Lead UX Writer**

This is what you"ll do (Responsibilities)

Work with internal teams and process owners to obtain an in-depth understanding of our business processes and the documentation requirements.
Produce high-quality, easy to understand, documentation that meets the needs of key stakeholders and internal customers.
Review and analyze existing content to generate a recommendation for architecture, organization and maintenance.
Develop library of documentation using Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Confluence, Lucid or similar tools.
Develop documentation templates to allow for consistency and standardization. Must be easy to follow and repeatable.

This is what you"ll need (Requirements)

5+ years of proven working experience in technical writing of business process documentation
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Excellent written skills in English
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Atlassian Suite and/or Lucid a plus
Experience in ISO (International Organization for Standardization) a plus
