About the role

Under minimal supervision, perform all sales and business development activities with assigned clients
and territories to increase gross profit margin for Adecco Permanent Recruitment team. Introduce Adecco
and its products to prospects with the goal of developing them into clients. Maintain and develop assigned
accounts by use of sales calls and additional outreach strategies.

What you'll be doing

Actively pursue prospective customers through various outreach channels to introduce Adecco's
products and services with the goal of developing prospects into clients.
* Place outbound calls, deploy marketing/email campaigns, receive inbound call-ins, maintain
referrals, attend networking events/job fairs, and leverage additional strategies to reach out to
prospects to generate leads.
* Conduct market research on current and new customers to create targeted prospective lists.
* Increases sales of services by becoming aware of customers' requirements.
* Coordinate calendars with prospect point of contact to schedule a discovery call.
* Conduct discovery call, to thoroughly qualify lead for viable business opportunity.
* Complete intake checklist from pre-determined criteria including discovery notes,
executive summary and credit check.
* Forecast anticipated sales revenue impact on Adecco Permanent Recruitment.
* Work with prospect throughout entire sales cycle, including solutioning and pricing.
* Document all client sales activity in CRM database through entire sales cycle, while
maintaining proper follow-up requirements and data integrity.
* Achieve and strive to exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) every month.
* Partners with Customer Success, Customer Pursuit, Marketing, Onsites, branches, Adecco
Permanent Recruitment, and any other necessary internal Adecco colleague to foster
relationships and generate additional business.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

About you

* Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline with 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in
the Staffing industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
* Staffing background preferred with knowledge of Direct Hire, MSP and RPO solutions.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Strong knowledge of effective marketing and sales techniques.
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Effective oral/written communication as well as active listening skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outloo

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $48,268.00 and $88,491.00 . Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
