We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of in-depth applications programming and design experience, with a strong focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development and customization. This role requires expertise in SQL and PL/SQL development, RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, and Extensions), Shell scraping, BIP Reports and a solid understanding of Oracle EBS processes across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Finance and Manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize solutions in Oracle EBS using SQL and PL/SQL based on business requirements.
• Design and implement Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, and Extensions (RICE) to enhance the functionality of Oracle EBS.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Design and implement robust integrations between Oracle EBS and other systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions, demonstrating tenacity in problem-solving.
• Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure effective project delivery and communication.
• Stay updated with Oracle EBS advancements and Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud to leverage the latest features and functionalities.

Requirements:

Must Have :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in applications programming and design, with a focus on Oracle EBS development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.10 application schema architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development, OA Framework, Shell Scripting, and BI Publisher tools
• Experience in working with Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud projects
• Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including Order Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and Oracle General Ledger.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) for application development and customization
• Functional knowledge of e-commerce; oracle projects; shipping, and OTM modules
• Experience with Oracle integrations or any integration tool is a plus
