Overview

The Marketing Process and Reporting Specialist supports building and optimizing efficient and effective processes using Esri's workflow management system to support marketing programs and campaigns. This environment is high volume with over 6,800 requests and 123,000 tasks per year, includes complex workflows, and emphasizes high quality assets and work. The Specialist will gather requirements and feedback from marketing teams and use analytics and reporting to identify issues and opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and turnaround times. The Specialist will also support the Product Owner for the Workfront workflow management system. The qualified candidate will have an aptitude for driving improved business and operational outcomes using their analytical, operational, and technical expertise and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and build new marketing processes in the Workfront workflow management system
  • Continually look for ways to improve existing processes and use of available marketing technology
  • Build, monitor, and share reports to track throughput, velocity, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
  • Team with Marketing Enablement to ensure internal user satisfaction by introducing new Workfront features and soliciting user feedback
  • Provide technical support for Esri's Workfront users by triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving Help Desk tickets
  • Support the Product Owner of the Workfront system by prioritizing new features to implement, participating in beta programs, and increasing the value of the technical capabilities to Esri
  • Support the system administration of the Workfront system supporting Corporate Marketing, Esri Press, and partnering business units

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administration and process management using project management/workflow tools such as Workfront with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; or 1 year of experience and a Master's degree
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in business data reporting
  • Superior attention to detail, results oriented, and demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, facilitation, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence
  • Ability to successfully communicate, align, and drive complex project delivery in partnership with leadership and teams

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$66,560$99,840 USD
