Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Lead the corporate annual budget process and provides periodic forecasting
  • Execute monthly production-related reports monthly with careful attention to detail, thoughtful examination, insightful discussion, and accuracy
  • Perform project/initiative, business case, and ad-hoc scenario analyses to inform planning. Provide insight and recommendation independently
  • Lead merger and acquisition diligence and internal modeling structure providing insight and recommendation to facilitate evaluation of acquisition prospects
  • Create and execute models to analyze customer and product profitability
  • Manage relationships with senior business executives across the organization to include the discovery and development of relevant, meaningful management reporting solutions tailored to stakeholder and business unit leadership needs & requirements, specific to production-related analysis
  • Lead special projects that support the overall Accounting and Finance department
  • Involvement with Finance & Accounting systems evolution. Assist in system evaluation, selection. Lead system integrations to completion. Subject Matter Expert status related to systems functionality and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency program and structure
  • Support and demonstrate IMA's core values

You Should Have

  • Bachelor's Degree required with desire for FP&A related certifications if not already achieved
  • Minimum 7 years of FP&A experience in a Senior Financial Analyst capacity or related experience
  • Systems skills - Applied Epic, SAP Concur, Adaptive Insights
  • Experience with MS Office products preferred, specifically Outlook, Word, and expert-level Excel proficiency
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able and willing to work a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week onsite

Salary Range
$96,000$125,000 USD
