The Director of Clinical Programs directs, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for surgical services. The Director Clinical Programs will utilize their comprehensive clinical and leadership expertise to support and grow the service line. In addition to overseeing departmental operations and budgetary duties, this role oversees the creation and implementation of a long-term vision for the various departments that make up the service line. * Masters Degree in Nursing with 5 years or more of clinical experience in Perioperative or related area.

* Current RN license. OR Masters Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field with 5 years or more experience leading a surgical program.
