Part-Time, Teaching Track Faculty Position in Slavic Languages and Literatures Apply Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences Faculty Los Angeles, California

The Department of Slavic Languages & Literatures in the USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences invites applications for a part-time instructor to teach one course in Fall 2024 and one course in Spring 2025.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates:

  • A PhD in Russian literature or Slavic Studies
  • possess native-like fluency in Russian
  • have prior college level teaching experience
  • demonstrate excellence in teaching and have expertise in curriculum development
  • must be committed to ongoing professional development to maintain currency in the field, including effective use of technology
  • should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and variety of students with diverse backgrounds.

The per course rate for this position is $11,000.
